Trobleshooting - Integration with Video Management Systems (VMS)

Make sure you have the latest version of the Integration plugin. It can be downloaded from the download area of the support site.
Make sure that the integration is compatible with your version of Milestone.

- Explain the issue
- Include the logs found in C:\DBlogs for both the machine where the bridge is running as well as a client machine (where you have the smart client running).
