Process for deactivating a SafeZone-edge license for a broken camera so that the customer can use the license for a new camera

1. Client enters a ticket with Axis RMA number (we require this but we do not verify it*) and the mac address of the old/broken camera.
2. Go to https://www.axis.com/partner_pages/compatible_applications/#/admin/applications/43485/info
You have to log in with an account. Marie-Claude have requested one for you. Not sure you have received the details yet.
3. Click on "LICENSE KEYS"
4. Filter by the mac address of the broken camera (example: ACCC8E75B245 (you have to remove the dashes)). If the camera has (or had) a license the system will find it.
5. Click on the line with the camera.
6. A new dialog wil open and in the "License Key" section you can deactivate the license.
7. Copy the "License Code" and send this back to the client saying that he can generate a new license key with that license code.

*Sometimes a client makes a mistake and activates multiple license keys for the same camera. In that case we also help him out.
